  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped Use unsalted pistachios for best flavor.
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped You can substitute with other dried fruits.
  • 200 g white chocolate, melted Ensure the chocolate is fully melted for coating.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Helps bind the truffle mixture.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds additional flavor.
  • to taste Coconut flakes for rolling Use unsweetened coconut flakes for less sweetness.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the pistachios, cranberries, melted white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour until firm.
  • Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  • Roll each truffle in coconut flakes to coat.
  • Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Keep your truffles in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay fresh for about a week. Use parchment paper to separate layers to prevent sticking. Make sure to take your time with the chilling process so they hold their shape.
