Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Weet-Bix Crushed into fine crumbs.
  • 100 grams Butter Melted.
  • 200 grams Icing sugar
  • 100 grams Desiccated coconut

Icing Ingredients

  • 100 grams Chocolate Melted.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, crush the Weet-Bix into fine crumbs. Then, melt the butter and mix it with the icing sugar.
  • Combine the crushed Weet-Bix with this butter mixture until everything is well mixed.
  • Add the desiccated coconut and mix well again.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to make an even layer.

Icing

  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl and add a bit of vanilla extract.
  • Spread the icing over the Weet-Bix mixture and let it cool completely.
  • Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover Weet-Bix Slice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can freeze it for longer storage. For variation, try adding peanut butter or honey for a different flavor.
