Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits and Herbs

  • 1 orange 1 orange, sliced Freshly sliced for best flavor
  • 1 lemon 1 lemon, sliced Add for a zesty flavor
  • 1 lime 1 lime, sliced To enhance the freshness
  • 1 cup 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced Use ripe strawberries
  • 1 cucumber 1 cucumber, sliced Adds a refreshing crispness
  • 1 bunch 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves For aromatic flavor

Water

  • 8 cups 8 cups of water Use filtered water for best taste

Preparation

  • In a large pitcher, combine all the fresh fruits and mint leaves.
  • Add the water to the pitcher.
  • Stir the mixture well.
  • Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing detox water.

Notes

Keep any leftover detox water in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The flavors will continue to mix, making it even tastier! Strain the fruits if you want a clearer drink. You can also make this detox water with sparkling water for some extra fizz.
