  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 unit pre-made pastry shell or phyllo dough Store-bought shells save time.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey and cranberry sauce until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.

Assembly

  • Place the pastry shells in mini muffin tins.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture into each shell.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the turkey filling.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of each quiche.

Baking

  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and golden brown.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
