  • 1 bag Tater tots
  • 2 cups Cheese Use your favorite type
  • 1 pound Sausage Cooked and browned
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage until it is browned, then drain the grease.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the tater tots, cooked sausage, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with fresh fruit or crispy bacon. Add a drizzle of hot sauce for an extra kick. Can be customized with veggies or different meats. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
