Preparation

  • Wash and dry the cherries.
  • Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each cherry in the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  • Place dipped cherries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. If using frozen cherries, thaw and dry them before dipping. You can try different types of chocolate or add flavored extracts for variation.
