Notes

For extra crispy skin, you can brown the chicken legs in a pan before adding them to the slow cooker. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste and check on the chicken about an hour before it's done to see if you need to add more broth or seasoning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
