Ingredients
  

For the base

  • 200 g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup rice puffs
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Melt the milk and dark chocolate together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  • Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the marshmallows, peanuts, rice puffs, and desiccated coconut.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for up to two weeks. For added flavor, consider switching to white chocolate or adding peanut butter.
