  • 1 whole lemon, juiced Adds a zesty kick

  • Honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste) Adjust sweetness as desired

Preparation

  • Place the pomegranate seeds in a blender and add the water. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and grated ginger.
  • Sweeten with honey or agave syrup if desired.
  • Serve chilled or over ice.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled, especially on a hot day. Shake well before serving if stored.
