  • 1 pack peppermint crisp chocolate bars
  • 1 can caramel treat
  • 500 ml cream
  • 1 pack tennis biscuits
  • 1 cup milk For dipping biscuits

Preparation

  • Crush the tennis biscuits into fine crumbs.
  • Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the caramel treat with the crushed peppermint chocolate.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the caramel mixture until combined.
  • Dip the biscuits in milk briefly, then layer them in a dish.
  • Spread a layer of the caramel cream mixture over the biscuits.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with the cream on top.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled and sprinkle crushed peppermint on top before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
