Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed honeycomb, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in the chocolate chips and condensed milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the ice cream layer.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Slice into bars and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting.
