  • 1 whole grapefruit, sliced Choose a large, ripe grapefruit for the best flavor.
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary For extra flavor, give the rosemary a little squeeze before adding.
  • to taste cups Water Use filtered or bottled water for better taste.
  • optional Ice Chill your drink by serving over ice.

Preparation

  • In a pitcher, combine the sliced grapefruit and fresh rosemary.
  • Fill the pitcher with water.
  • Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve over ice if you’d like!

Notes

For added sweetness, consider adding honey or agave syrup. You can reuse the grapefruit and rosemary for a second batch if they look fresh!
