Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Sauce

  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup chili sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the grape jelly and chili sauce together.
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs.

Cooking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.

Notes

Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish. Pair with rice or pasta, side of vegetables, or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
