Preparation

  • Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Chop the cucumber, celery, green apple, and ginger into smaller pieces.

Blending

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, adding water to reach your desired consistency.

Straining and Serving

  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass.

Notes
