  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cookie dough (edible, made without eggs) Use safe-to-eat cookie dough.
  • Chocolate chips (optional, for mixing in) Add for an extra chocolatey flavor.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  • Gradually add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, whipping until the mixture thickens and forms soft peaks.
  • Gently fold in the cookie dough pieces and chocolate chips if using.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.

Serving

  • Serve in cones or cups and top with additional cookie dough if desired.

Notes

Store any leftover soft serve in an airtight container in the freezer. It keeps well for about 1-2 weeks. Let it sit out for a few minutes before scooping to make it easier to serve again. You can mix in different types of cookie dough or add fruit for variety.
