  • 8 pieces Biscoff cookies Crushed into small pieces.
  • 1 cup Coffee Brewed strong and cooled.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Whipped to soft peaks.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract For flavoring.
  • to taste Chocolate shavings (for garnish) Used as a topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • Crush the Biscoff cookies into small pieces.

Layering

  • In serving glasses, layer the Biscoff cookie pieces, cooled coffee, and whipped cream.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
  • Top with chocolate shavings and crushed Biscoff.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Serve this dessert in clear glasses for presentation. Add extra chocolate shavings on top for a special touch. Best enjoyed after a meal or as an afternoon treat. Store leftovers in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for 2-3 days.
