  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Use your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • 1 Onion, chopped One medium onion.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and toss the meatballs in BBQ sauce.

Serving

  • Serve warm on a picnic table, either on their own or with toothpicks for easy snacking.
  • Pair with a side of coleslaw or potato salad for a complete meal.

Notes

Store cooled meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag separated with parchment paper.
