Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Add the baby carrots and sauté them in the oil for about 10 minutes or until they are tender.
  • Stir in the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.
  • Mix everything to coat the carrots well and serve.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, you can add garlic or herbs like thyme and rosemary while sautéing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
