  • 1/2 lemon lemon, juiced Provides vitamin C boost.
  • to taste sliced cucumber Optional addition for freshness.
  • to taste fresh mint leaves Optional; can be varied with herbs.

Preparation

  • In a glass, combine water and apple cider vinegar.
  • Add lemon juice and honey, and stir well.
  • If desired, add cucumber slices and mint leaves.
  • Stir to combine, and enjoy your detox water.

Notes

This detox water is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Give it a good stir before drinking as ingredients may settle. Chill the drink before serving for a refreshing experience. Variations include adding ginger for a spicy kick or berries for sweetness.
