  5. Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, fold into thirds, and refrigerate again.
  7. Repeat rolling and folding for a total of 4 times.
  8. Roll the final dough out and cut triangles.
  9. Place your desired filling on the wide end and roll up.
  10. Place the croissants on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  11. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
